Import Duties and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We have no control over these costs, as they are set by local customs authorities.

If a customer refuses to pay the required import duties and the parcel is returned to us, the shipment is treated as a return import. In such cases, all return shipping costs, re-import duties and taxes will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
